2016 Super Bowl ads: All the commercials you can watch before the big game – Syracuse.com

Ready for the 2016 Ad Blitz? Many of this year’s Super Bowl commercials are already available online, featuring celebrities, wiener dogs, PSAs and fun ties to Upstate New York (hello Abby Wambach, Death Wish Coffee and Alec Baldwin).

Super Bowl 50 kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on CBS Sunday. Besides football and the halftime show (Coldplay, Beyonce and Bruno Mars?), all eyes will be on the advertising to see which brands can be the funniest, cleverest or coolest. It’ll also be interesting to see which spots fall flat, wasting the $5 million it costs for 30 seconds of air time during the big game between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.

Here are all the 2016 Super Bowl ads you can watch now:

T-Mobile – Restricted Bling
The cell phone company puts a spin on Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” featuring the rapper-actor joking about how wireless carriers ruin everything.

Skittles – The Portrait
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler rocks the rainbow with a singing portrait (“Dream On”) made out of candy.

Hyundai – Ryanville
Two women driving a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in “Ryanville” discover every man in town is “Deadpool” actor Ryan Reynolds.

Heinz Ketchup – Wiener Stampede
Wiener dogs dressed up like hot dogs racing across a field to people dressed up as condiments.

Avocados from Mexico – #AvosInSpace
Aliens tour a museum of Earth, including “the dress” that caused a civil war, Emoji and “Happy Days” star Scott Baio. No double-dipping allowed.

Kia – Walken Closet
Come for the Christopher Walken pun, stay for sock puppets promoting the Kia Optima.

Death Wish Coffee Co. – Storm’s A-Brewing
The Upstate New York company won Intuit Quickbooks’ Super Bowl “Small Business, Big Game” contest to get an ad promoting their heavily caffeinated brew.

Mini USA – #DefyLabels
Rochester native Abby Wambach teams up with Serena Williams, Harvey Keitel, Tony Hawk and other big names to defy labels with the new Mini Clubman car. “This is a gay car,” the former soccer star says with air quotes.

Amazon Echo – #BaldwinBowl
Alec Baldwin, whose mother runs a breast cancer research foundation in Central New York, promotes the Echo, a smart device that connects to the Alexa cloud-based voice service for access to snack ideas, playlists and more.

Axe – Find Your Magic
Grooming for men, even dudes whose beards are so big that cats live in them.

Acura – What He Said
The car company’s new NSX is greeted by squeals and screams from Van Halen’s “Runnin’ With the Devil.”

Pokemon – #Pokemon20
Pokémon’s first-ever Super Bowl commercial encourages gamers to “train on.”

LG – Man from the Future
Liam Neeson is here from the future to pitch LG’s new G6 OLED TV.

NFL – Super Bowl Babies

AdWeek reports past Super Bowl advertisers like GoDaddy, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and Nationwide are skipping this year. Nationwide was hit by backlash over an ad with a dead kid in 2015, but the insurance company’s spokesperson Peyton Manning is appearing in this year’s championship game.
