AB releases ShockTop Super Bowl ad online – STLtoday.com

Anheuser-Busch is once again releasing its Super Bowl ads online before the big game.  

A-B’s ShockTop will air its first Super Bowl commercial on Feb. 7, but the brewer posted an extended version of the ad starring comedian T.J. Miller trading barbs with the brand’s Wedgehead mascot.

A-B, the St. Louis-based unit of A-B InBev, bought three minutes of airtime during Super Bowl 50 for Shock Top, Budweiser, Bud Light and Michelob Ultra brands. Thirty-second spots cost an estimated $5 million this year. 

Bud Light tapped actors Amy Schumer and Seth Rogen to star in its upcoming Super Bowl ad, according to a teaser of the ad Anheuser-Busch released last week.
