Rocket Mortgage Returns to Super Bowl LX — This Time With Redfin

Rocket Mortgage is officially coming back to the Super Bowl.

The company has confirmed a 60-second commercial for Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026—and for the first time, Rocket won’t be flying solo. The spot will also feature Redfin, marking the brands’ joint Super Bowl debut following Rocket’s acquisition of Redfin, which is expected to close in mid-2025.

It’s a strategic pairing that signals where Rocket sees its future: not just financing homes, but owning a larger role across the entire homeownership journey.

From Jan 5 2026, The holidays end, the bills linger. Rocket Mortgage helps turn home equity into a fresh start by saving clients about $500 a month through debt consolidation.

Continuing “Own the Dream”

Creatively, the 2026 commercial will build directly on Rocket’s “Own the Dream” platform, first introduced during Super Bowl LIX in 2025. The campaign centers on the emotional gravity of homeownership—less about rates and paperwork, more about belonging, community, and the modern version of the American Dream.

This marks the second Super Bowl campaign under Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan Mildenhall, whose influence has already pushed Rocket toward more culture-forward, emotionally resonant storytelling.

The tone for 2026 is expected to lean into neighborliness and shared experience, reinforcing the idea that buying a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a collective milestone.

A High Bar Set in 2025

Rocket set expectations high last year.

Its 2025 “Own the Dream” Super Bowl spot featured a reimagined version of Take Me Home, Country Roads, culminating in a live, in-stadium singalong with more than 65,000 fans at the Caesars Superdome. The moment blurred the line between advertisement and event—one of the rare Super Bowl ads that didn’t just air during the game, but became part of it.

The 2026 commercial is positioned as a direct continuation of that brand evolution rather than a reset. With Redfin now in the picture, Rocket appears to be expanding the emotional scope of the campaign—connecting aspiration not just to owning a home, but to finding it.

As Super Bowl LX approaches, Rocket Mortgage isn’t chasing spectacle for spectacle’s sake. Instead, it’s doubling down on something harder to pull off on football’s biggest stage: sincerity, scale, and a story that feels bigger than a logo.

If 2025 was about making the stadium sing, 2026 may be about making the audience feel at home.
