Maxim Magazine and Sauza Tequila Team With HollyRod Foundation to Host This Year's Hottest Super Bowl Party

Maxim magazine and Sauza Tequila will partner with the HollyRod Foundation, one of Hollywood’s most renowned charities, to host Pure RUSH–the Super Bowl’s biggest celebrity-studded event and fundraiser–on Friday, January 26 at the A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa, Florida.

Hosted by TV personality Daisy Fuentes and supermodel Niki Taylor, Pure RUSH will harness the high-energy experience of nature’s wildest elements for the ultimate elemental sensory overload. The A La Carte Event Pavilion will be transformed into four sections, each reflecting the four elements of nature: fire, water, air and land. The separate areas will feature everything from simulated earthquakes to lush foliage, waterfalls and babbling brooks, to columns of fire and dramatic laser lighting. Tailored cocktails provided by Sauza Tequila will be served from different themed bars including a Lava Bar and an Oxygen Bar. The event’s other top sponsor, Sony Computer Entertainment America, will provide numerous PlayStation(R)2 kiosks in the venue where guests can play featured 989 Sports games, including NFL GameDay(TM)2001, NCAA(R)GameBreaker(R) 2001, Gran Turismo(TM) 3 A-spec, and ATV Offroad Fury(TM).

Proceeds from the event will benefit the HollyRod Foundation, founded by actress Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, Oakland Raiders quarterback, Rodney Peete, which provides funding for patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
A limited number of tickets to the event are available for $250 and includes the evening’s live entertainment, food and open bar.
