Lacking Big Name Half-time Entertainment NFL Adds Red Hot Chili Peppers to Super Bowl

The NFL announced that they have added the Red Hot Chili Peppers to join Bruno Mars as the Halftime entertainment. We wonder, did the NFL finally realize that headlining Bruno Mars as the halftime entertainer, they would lose viewers? But still the RHCP and Mars combined star power still falls short of recent halftime shows like the Beyonce, Madonna and the Rolling Stones.

The Pepsi Super Bowl halftime show is the most-watched musical event of the year. More than 110.5 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year’s show. The Super Bowl and halftime show will be broadcast worldwide.
