Hyundai Details 2014 Super Bowl Plans

Hyundai on Thursday said it will roll out two in-game spots during the 2014 Super Bowl, following GM’s lead in announcing its game-day plans months ahead of time.

Hyundai said it’s “not quite ready to discuss which vehicles we’ll be featuring.” The company said that advertising strategies and treatments are still being developed.

The Korean automaker has been an advertising powerhouse during the Super Bowl in past years.

Hyundai’s 2013 Super Bowl advertising campaign featured five game-day ads, including several showcasing the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe.

The Hyundai announcement follows on the heels of a major General Motors Super Bowl announcement in late August. The Detroit automaker said it will be back in the game for the 2014 Super Bowl, highlighting Chevrolet in its advertising.
