Publicis has made a last-second national placement on Fox’s Super Bowl telecast for Selsun Blue, according to sources. The new spot will air in the third commercial break of the game, and continue the “Giving the wrong signals” theme for the dandruff shampoo, a product from Columbus, Ohio-based Ross Laboratories. The cost was undisclosed, although industry sources have estimated 30-second buys for Super Sunday at approximately $1.6 million.
