NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Watch the Just for Feet commercial during the 3rd quarter of the 1999 Super Bowl, and count the number of times “Just for Feet” or “JFF” appears throughout the commercial. Log on-line to www.feet.com to place your entry or dial 888-671-FEET. The 1300th correct entry will win a brand new Hummer. Correct entries 1301 – 1400 will receive a free pair of shoes. Website correct entries 1 through 100,000 will receive a free Just for Feet tee shirt. HOW TO PLAY: The Grand Prize will be awarded to the 1300th correct entrant. The First Place Prizes will be awarded to correct entrants 1301 – 1400. One Hundred Thousand Gifts will be offered to correct entries 1 – 100,000 made via the website only. Entries from the www.feet.com and 888-671-FEET will be time stamped. All entry information provided to the website or 1-888-671-FEET is the property of Just for Feet.

TO CLAIM PRIZE: The 1300th correct entrant will be contacted via phone by 6:00 PM CST Thursday, February 4, 1999. This entrant will be required to respond and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release, and General Release and provide a valid, current drivers license to a Notary Public or Just for Feet store located closest to them within 24 hours of notification. Verification upon the receipt of vehicle will also be required. Failure to comply with any one or more of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Grand Prize. If this entrant does not provide the proper information as stated above in a timely fashion then a random drawing of the previous correct entrants will take place immediately. In the event that a 1300th correct entry does not exist as of Tuesday, February 2, 1999 at 6:00 PM CST, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the correct entries received as of that date. The Grand Prize winner name will be posted on www.feet.com by Friday, February 5, 1999 Midnight CST. One Hundred(100) First Place prizes will be awarded to correct entrants 1301 – 1400. Just for Feet will ship a pair of shoes or Gift Certificate redeemable for a pair of shoes, valued at $75.00 or more to these 100 winners by February 28, 1999. Whether the entrant receives a gift certificate or product will be at Just for Feet’s discretion. Type of shoes to be awarded are determined by Just for Feet. One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Gifts will be offered to correct website entrants 1 through 100,000. These correct website entrants will receive a coupon via e-mail, redeemable for one free tee shirt. This coupon will be e-mailed by February 28, 1999. Tee shirt to be awarded is determined by Just for Feet. Entrants may redeem this coupon at any Just for Feet location in the United States from January 31, 1999 through February 28, 1999. Each of the first 100,000 correct entrants on the website will receive a Gift of (or gift certificate for such) one (1) Just for Feet tee shirt. Type of shirt at Just for Feet’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value of each tee shirt is ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00). Participant’s odds of winning are dependent on viewership of the Super Bowl XXXIII and the number of entries received. Prizes will be awarded as soon as Winners’ compliance with the rules is verified. The Grand Prize will be delivered to the Winner, all necessary transportation cost the responsibility of Just for Feet. Inc. Winner responsible for all taxes, tag and title (or other fees associated with transfer of ownership) due on Grand Prize. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent on Prizes will be permitted. *Winner of Grand Prize agrees to maintain the Just for Feet logos on the vehicle permanently. Additionally, if winner elects to sell the Grand Prize within one (1) year of award, Just for Feet shall have the first right of refusal to purchase the vehicle at its then current fair market value.
